Federal Skilled Workers: immigration program designed to choose professionals and skilled workers on the basis of their age, work experience, education level, language knowledge  and other factors. Quebec Skilled Workers: this immigration program is for candidates wishing to settle in the province of Quebec; candidates are selected based on their age, knowledge of French and English, work experience, and other criteria. Learn more

Canadian Experience Class: this program is aimed at candidates who have studied or worked in Canada and wish to become permanent residents of Canada, in provinces other than Quebec. Investors and Entrepreneurs : Canadian provinces have created programs  destined to select candidates who have management and business experience and/or who are  business owners wishing to invest in, or purchase or create and operate a business in Canada. Learn more  

 

Candidates who may not qualify to apply under one of the several programs for skilled workers or business programs, may still be able to reach their goal to Study in Canada to Immigrate  and obtaining a degree that will enhance their profile for a permanent residence.  Once an international student completes a program of studies at an eligible Canadian post-secondary learning institution they may apply for a Post-Graduation Work Permit   of a maximum length of three years allowing them to stay and work in Canada while their permanent residence application is being processed.
